Cavernous hemangioma is spongiform abnormal vecular cluster composed of thin-walled vessels. Because angiography is usually negative, it is classified as occult vascular malformation. In fact, cavernous hemangioma is not a real tumor, but a vascular malformation lacking of artery composition. |
