石祥恩教授從1996年開(kāi)始，開(kāi)展顯微神經(jīng)外科技術(shù)培訓(xùn)班，在北京天壇醫(yī)院和北京大學(xué)分別辦過(guò)各三期，這樣的顯微技術(shù)訓(xùn)練和顯微外科技術(shù)的理念學(xué)習(xí)，促進(jìn)了來(lái)自全國(guó)各地神經(jīng)外科技術(shù)水平的高。

在三博腦科醫(yī)院11 年期間，已舉辦33 期顯微技術(shù)培訓(xùn)班，有600多名來(lái)自全國(guó)各地的醫(yī)生參加學(xué)習(xí)，近幾年來(lái)，也陸續(xù)有尼泊爾、印度、塔吉克斯坦和巴基斯坦等國(guó)的神經(jīng)外科醫(yī)生慕名前來(lái)參加學(xué)習(xí)，下文是巴基斯坦(信德省，納瓦布沙市)人民醫(yī)科大學(xué)，神經(jīng)外科主任Shams Raza Brohi 教授和同科醫(yī)生Muzamil 參見(jiàn)學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)后，給石教授的來(lái)信 ，如下：

我非常感激你和你的團(tuán)隊(duì)安排了這樣舒適的顯微神經(jīng)外科教程. 這給我們留下了美好的回憶。在我們的國(guó)家有這樣的一個(gè)說(shuō)法“尋求知識(shí)，你就要到中國(guó)去”。于是我就來(lái)到中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)顯微神經(jīng)外科藝術(shù)，我認(rèn)為這樣的學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)學(xué)員和老師都是非常必要的。我永遠(yuǎn)記得你的一句話”要耐心”, 這是顯微神經(jīng)外科技術(shù)的一個(gè)原則. 教學(xué)醫(yī)生講課和多媒體非常精彩, 即使有時(shí)候言語(yǔ)理解有些問(wèn)題，但我們總是從內(nèi)心里感到熱情、尊敬、尊重。我非常仰慕你的執(zhí)著、能干和技術(shù)。我也欣賞錢海醫(yī)生在全部學(xué)習(xí)班中發(fā)揮的重要角色和指導(dǎo)作用。我相信站在巨人的肩上視野寬廣，你們改變了我的專業(yè)思維方式。

非常感謝大鼠和小鼠在實(shí)驗(yàn)中犧牲生命為我們提供訓(xùn)練。同時(shí)我獲悉自然給于這種動(dòng)物的特點(diǎn)，如他們用尾巴控制平衡和調(diào)節(jié)體溫，紫外線視覺(jué)，不能嘔吐，用腮須誘導(dǎo)大腦桶狀皮層( 類似人類頂葉) 做三維空間定位。

Dear Sir,

I am grateful to you and your team for keeping us comfortable during the microneurosurgery course. These were our memorable days. There is a saying in our part of the world “SEEK KNOWLEDGE EVEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO CHINA” so I went to china to learn the art of microneurosurgery. I think this course is very essential for the trainees and trainer. I ever remember your words ‘ BE PATIENT’. It is an essence in microneurosurgery.Lectures and presentations were excellent. Sometimes language created some problem but we always heartfelt the feelings of love, respect and honor. I am great admirer of your persistence, hardship and skills. Dr Hai also needs appreciation for playing a central role and a training hand throughout the course. It is true that standing on the shoulder of a giant makes the horizon wide. You have changed my way of thinking.

Many thanks go to rats and mice who sacrificed their lives for our learning. I also read about this Nature has provided this animal peculiarities like its balance and temperature control by its tail, ultraviolet vision, inability to vomit and 3D spatial orientation by its whiskers leading to barrel cortex (equivalent to parietal cortex in human beings).
